Founded in 2022 and launched at Limerick Pride, Sarsfields is the Mid West’s first LGBTQ+ inclusive rugby project.

More than a way to play.
Sarsfields began as an inclusive rugby project for the Mid West and grew into a place where queer people, allies, beginners and experienced players can take part together.
The club’s public invitation is open to all abilities at any stage of the year. Strength, fitness and experience can differ; the energy everyone brings is what matters.
